Access Real Estate, under the leadership of broker/owner Steve Fleischer, has affiliated with the CENTURY 21® System and will now do business as CENTURY 21 Access. Under its new name, the brokerage will continue to provide full real estate services to buyers, sellers and renters throughout the greater Columbia, Mo., area, and will now also benefit from the world-class marketing and technology tools provided through its affiliation with the iconic CENTURY 21 brand.
Fleischer’s affinity for the CENTURY 21 brand dates back to the 1970s when as a boy his first job was helping his mother, a CENTURY 21 System member, install the iconic gold posts in her clients’ front yards. He would go on to lead a successful mortgage company, and in 2001 decided to transfer his skills back to the real estate side of the business and open CENTURY 21 The Way Home with his wife in Columbia.
After successfully running The Way Home for nearly seven years, Fleischer sold the franchise in 2007. Now, with his recent realignment with the CENTURY 21 brand, Fleischer will continue to build on the legacy of delivering extraordinary experiences for clients that his mother started more than four decades ago.

While CENTURY 21 Access will focus primarily on residential real estate, the office will also support commercial and leasing real estate ventures, as Fleischer aims to grow the business quickly in the coming months.
