Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty has announced a merger with Spencer-Hughes Realty. The Spencer-Hughes’ Wolfeboro, N.H., office location will remain open under the Verani Realty name and the agents will join the Verani Realty family.
Along with the Moultonborough and Belmont offices, the new Wolfeboro location will be an exciting addition to Verani’s Lakes Region presence. Located in the heart of Wolfeboro at 22 South Main St., the office will be filled with a team of seasoned and welcoming agents.
