Share Your Best Tips for Using Branding as a Listing Strategy With realtor.com®

Even your best customers can drift away when it comes time to list. Realtor.com® aims to solve this challenge in a new offering that documents how branding brings in new business and feeds referrals by collecting sample ads, media strategies and advice from branding experts, and sharing that research with agents.

The giveaway is being held in conjunction with NAR’s annual MVP Program, which was created to encourage members to take actions that will benefit NAR and its members, as well as to reward members for being an active participant in their association. Click here to view NAR’s current MVP offering.

Real estate professionals can receive a download of all of realtor.com’s collected items by participating in its study and sharing your best tip, ad, special post or whatever you do to reach likely sellers in your city or town to position yourself as the local expert. The survey will be open through July 15. Click here to participate. 

Share your ideas, techniques and messaging on “what to do to make sure everyone in your city or town recognizes your brand,” and participants will receive from realtor.com:

  • Once completed, you’ll have the ability to download the PDF “Get Noticed – Get the Listing,” which includes the best of what we collected including sample ads, messaging and tips. It will also include key takeaways from real estate strategist Jeff Lobb of Sparktank Media on what you can do to rise above the crowd with your branding—and target the consumer getting ready to list.
  • You will also get an invite to a “Build Awareness” webinar including top professionals who will share their best ideas, visuals and messaging they use to build awareness with potential sellers as they get closer to making a move.
