New Tool Connects Buyers and Realtors Instantly

April 20, 2007
Reading Time: 2 mins read

RISMEDIA, April 20, 2007-Obeo announced the launch of Obeo Connect, a new lead capture tool that connects interested buyers instantly with real estate professionals via the latest in cell phone technology, according to the company.

"When a buyer drives by a listing of interest, they can call the special Obeo Connect number listed on the agent's sign rider," said Andy Evans, CTO and co-founder of Obeo. "When they do so, they will have the ability to hear a recording of the particular listing, and to be put in touch with the listing agent. Also, the minute the buyer dials the number listed on the sign, their contact information is sent through a text message to the listing agent. It's an extremely powerful tool."

Glade Jones, CEO of Obeo adds, "Many agents and brokers have used similar technology, but we are proud to announce many enhancements both technological and financial that will make Obeo Connect the provider of choice for this type of call capture solution."

Among the array of Obeo Connect's features are three solutions many real estate professionals may find incredibly beneficial, according to Obeo. First, Obeo Connect incorporates true voice playback technology, replacing the industry's computer sounding generated recordings with a true human voice. In this way agents do not have to create their own recordings, unless of course they want to. Second, the new solution integrates automatic address searching technology, which makes it possible for one phone number to cover every listing an agent may have. Last, many plans for the new Obeo Connect offering come with no per-minute charges – a great boost to any real estate professional's marketing budget.

With Obeo Connect's back end management system, agents can also arrange and modify their audio tours and contact points, as well as order signs with their special Obeo Connect phone number printed.

"We have gone to great lengths to ensure everything an agent or broker needs will be available at their fingertips," said Jones. "With unlimited listings and prices starting at $19.99, Obeo Connect will be the unfair competitive advantage for today's serious real estate professionals."
