Nicole Nicolay

Nicole Nicolay, a media-savvy REALTOR® at Compass in Livermore, Calif., is passionate about helping her clients and the community “love where they live, even more.”

In fact, Nicolay co-founded a popular local group and movement, Love Livermore, in order to facilitate a greater sense of community and connection both online and offline. Over the past year, she and partner Robyn Annicchero have highlighted and told the stories of over 80 local business owners, inspirational people, and exceptional experiences via the group’s Livermore Bucket List and Livermore Inspiration videos on the Love Livermore website and Facebook group, which has 10,000 members.

The partners took part in fundraisers throughout the year, including an art auction benefiting the homeless. The duo also hosted their first music festival and fundraiser, Love Livermore LIVE, raising $10,000 for schools and music programs. 

“Not only has Love Livermore helped our clients and our community, but it has helped me become a better REALTOR®, a better community advocate and a better me,” says Nicolay.

Nicolay and Love Livermore were recently nominated for the Good Neighbor Award. She has also been recognized as Rookie of the Year and Grand Master by the Bay East Association of REALTORS®. Growing up in the business, Nicolay found her calling in real estate marketing. She traveled for nearly a decade training and speaking to over 200,000 agents nationwide and created educational programs for major companies and NAR. After both her companies were acquired in 2013, Nicolay joined the family business as a local REALTOR®.
