Coldwell Banker Realty

In 2018, Sue Yannaccone took on the role of regional executive vice president of the Eastern Seaboard and Midwest regions of Realogy’s Coldwell Banker company-owned offices, overseeing the sales operations of 239 offices. In 2019, Coldwell Banker rolled out Core 4 to most markets. It provides education, coaching and support to help agents at all experience levels expand their sales and development skills and work more efficiently. Core 4 offers a diverse and supportive environment and financial strategies that agents can utilize to grow and protect their personal wealth.

Yannaccone has been a mentor and advocate for women in the real estate industry. She has spoken to the media and at several agent events about ways to elevate women in the real estate profession. Yannaccone highlighted the value of Realogy’s women’s employee resource group and encourages women to pursue their goals, whether they seek leadership positions or choose to run brokerage teams.

“There is nothing I love more than the sense of pride and personal satisfaction that comes with achieving a goal, other than the tremendous feeling I get when I can help a person or a team achieve their goals! That is what this is all about, what leadership is all about: creating an environment wherein people can achieve more than they thought possible through support, encouragement and challenges,” says Yannaccone.
