Northrop Realty has done more than $3 billion in sales in the Delmarva area, cultivated 32 new teams and developed innovative marketing methods that revolutionize the traditional brokerage model.
During the pandemic, while most companies moved away from in-person operations, Northrop Realty built “community centers” to provide agents and clients with critical resources to take the stress out of the process of buying and selling a home. The company also introduced NorthropU, an internal continuing education program.
