Her commitment and support has been widespread and impactful, from her contributions to the Tucson Boys and Girls Club of Tucson to covering unpaid school lunches at local elementary schools. “I am grateful for the support my community has given my business,” she says. “This has enabled me to be among the top 1% of all REALTORS® nationwide. In 2021 alone, Bayless donated over $60,000 of her commission to local nonprofits. Some of her community service work includes establishing the K-9 retirement fund for the Oro Valley Police K-9 officers and working to develop a STEM program in local elementary schools in Oro Valley, Marana and South Tucson.
