ERA Davis & Linn incorporated ERA Kings Bay Realty’s operations in 2021. The acquisition of the other firm, which is located just over the Florida-Georgia state line, significantly increased business, expanded the company’s footprint, and created a multi-market company with an opportunity to grow from both centers.

Andrew Linn works to uphold the company’s founding philosophy, which focuses on inclusion and collaboration. Linn engages with his management team regularly and believes that being inclusive, collaborating and caring for his team are keys to the company’s success.
