In 2021, Kathleen Minser implemented a series of technology upgrades to support real estate agents with their business. Those included increased internet speed, a secure and safe email interface, virtual extensions, and enhanced work stations with state-of-the-art technology. She also supported Legacy Real Estate & Associates’ efforts to remain open, operational, and in compliance during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We live in an extraordinary time where social and technological change makes up much of our daily lives,” Minser says. “We learn, adapt, and, hopefully, move forward. This year has shown us the importance of just that, and, as we rise to the challenge, we embrace change, seek growth, and improve as a whole.”
