Weichert University, a platform with full mobile integration and hyper-intuitive interface, launched in July and gave agents the ability to both learn and harness training and other resources in one location, available anywhere. Building his strategy and structure using input from agents has always been the mission, and Scavone further demonstrated this commitment to meeting his agents and providing a supportive, high-touch culture with a return to in-person coaching this year.
