A Win-Win Strategy to Customize Client Gifts

RISMEDIA, Dec. 17, 2007-It’s a nice idea to give your buyers a gift card as they move into the home you helped them purchase. It’s even better, according to Realtor Gary Bieberich, when you give them a gift card with your name and photo on it as a way to help them remember you.

Bieberich, founder/broker and CEO of Sell4Free Real Estate, jumped-on quickly to the unique concept behind Welcome Home Gift Cards – a personalized card that gives your recipients the option to choose their gift wherever Visa is accepted.

“I love the idea of branding our real estate company on a practical, customized credit card,” Bieberich said. “Our clients are impressed and the card keeps our brand in front of them, which helps our agents get more referrals.”

Bieberich, like hundreds of other realty professionals, responded with enthusiasm to the launch of the customized cards.

But the concept, said Pecoraro, has been especially well-received in the real estate industry, where the gift cards -which can be presented in a traditional envelope or in an eye-catching pop-up house-are going a long way toward promoting customer loyalty.
