Chase Promotes Terry Lindsey for Fast-Growing Correspondent Business

RISMEDIA, Jan. 16, 2008-Chase announced the promotion of Terry Lindsey to national sales manager of Correspondent Sales among key appointments that reflect the business’s continuing growth.

According to the company, during the third quarter of 2007, Chase became the third-largest originator in Correspondent lending.

“The expansion of our sales organization will enable us to give our customers even more personalized service,” said Greg Beliles, Correspondent Channel executive. “We also can continue our aggressive market share growth goals and provide a greater level of account coverage.”

Lindsey joined Chase in 2002 and has served as Division manager since 2005. Rich Paddock and George Henley remain sales managers for the North and West Divisions respectively.

Chase recently hired Tim Bernard, a seasoned mortgage professional, to serve as the producing sales manager for its Pacific Northwest region.

In addition, the following key Chase Account Executives have been promoted to regional sales managers for their territories:

Drew Parrish – Carolinas and Georgia
Rob Porges – Florida
Nicole Williams – Texas
Dan Sheehy – Mid-Atlantic
Holly Rittenhouse – California
