Minette Schwartz honors her family legacy by leading up the Schwartz team at Compass alongside who else but her mom, Ida Schwartz. Her firm sense of company culture married with her finance expertise has given her a leg up in Miami Beach’s luxury real estate market. This past year, she was accepted in the Compass Florida Top 100 Producers Club.

“To watch a young couple transition from a rental to a small property, to a larger one as their family expands and then downsizing as the parents become empty nesters is the most rewarding part,” says Schwartz. “I am so lucky to be a part of the lifecycle and help my clients every step of the way.”

Schwartz also serves as the president for Women of Compass Florida, and angles her concierge-style service and best-in-class mentality to provide priority care to her clients and aspiring agents in her region.
