Kevin Dickenson secured his top producer reputation with a record sale in 2022, closing a deal on Jupiter Island for $14.1 million. His second biggest sale of the year was nothing to sneer at either; he sold a waterfront mansion to NBA player Tayshaun Prince.

If you want to see his exploits up close, he is the co-host of HGTV’s “Live Here, Buy This,” which asks buyers about their dream homes/locations and gives them a real-life taste of that fantasy. During 2022, he pitched a second HGTV series which is currently in development, but under wraps.

According to Dickenson, “Our CEO likes my series pitch!  If this materializes, it will be Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ best marketing tool.”
