Bill Aboumrad, president and broker/owner of Legacy Real Estate & Associates, ERA Powered, launched the Real Estate Ready program in 2022 to help real estate agents and those interested in pursuing a career in the industry thrive after the pandemic. The program used targeted digital ads to attract new talent.

Aboumrad also facilitates a three-month, 100% virtual Apprentice Coaching Program twice a year. The program helps agents at all experience levels expand their skills and work more efficiently. The coaching program has yielded significant increases in agents’ gross commission income and the number of producing agents.

In addition, Aboumrad serves on the board of the Strategic Thinking Work Group, which analyzes industry trends and identifies issues of importance to REALTORS®.
