In 2022, Brian Donnellan, president and CEO of Bright MLS, led the design and launch of REdistribute, a joint venture that will provide unbiased and up-to-date MLS data and analysis directly from sources to financial institutions in the housing industry.

Revenue will be shared with brokers and MLS organizations to ensure that participants receive fair compensation for data they provide. REdistribute will also provide licensees with real-time insights on specific markets.
