High Customer Satisfaction Results in Customer Renewals for Clareity Security

RISMEDIA, Oct. 3, 2008-Clareity Security announced that two of the nation’s premier MLS service providers, The Southern California Multiple Listing Service (SoCalMLS) based in Anaheim California with its 55,000 subscribers and The Austin Board of Realtors announced multi-year licensing renewals of Clareity Security’s industry leading SAFEMLS® solution. According to the company, the renewals continue to validate the real estate industry’s need for data access security and satisfaction with the Clareity Security SAFEMLS solution.

“We are extremely proud to continue working with these two fine organizations as their data security partner,” said Gregg Larson, Clareity Security’s president, “Our first goal has been to protect the MLS from unauthorized access with the industry’s most complete real estate security system, protecting all of the data access points. We are now building on that foundation by offering our customers the most convenient authentication choices with the widest variety of tokens and non-token choices for end-users. Clareity Security strives to provide the end-user with the most convenient authenticator choices possible, whether it’s their lock box key, cell phone, a token, or a software solution on their PC or mobile device.”

Russ Bergeron, SoCALMLS, chief executive officer, said “Early on we recognized the need for real security for our MLS System and Content. Clareity was there to meet the challenge and created a system that met all of our goals and provided the maximum level of security – unlike some of the new systems that have recently been introduced which do not provide adequate security. We have grown with Clareity Security and look forward to a successful future with them as our security partner. Clareity’s knowledge and expertise as to how MLSs conduct business make them the clear choice for any MLS looking for mission critical data protection.”

In addition, Beth Gatlin, Member Services director from the Austin Board of Realtors stated “Clareity Security has consistently demonstrated a very high level of customer service and support for our staff and members. Our choice to extend our working relationship with Clareity Security is a testament to how well they meet our security needs.”

Clareity Security serves 54 SAFEMLS customers with over 400,000 SAFEMLS real estate professional end users. SoCALMLS and The Austin Board of REALTORS are two of many MLSs in the process of extending their relationship with Clareity Security to protect their digital assets from unauthorized access.
