RISMEDIA, Nov. 7, 2008-Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., a Prudential Financial, Inc. company, has announced the affiliation of Desert Allstarz Realty. Effective immediately, the company will operate as Prudential One Realty.

The Maricopa-based company is a family-owned business founded by father Jim Kamouzis and sons Anthony and John. The Kamouzis name has been a symbol of trust and service excellence in Pinal County for over 30 years, where Jim has owned hotels and restaurants. In 2007, the family opened their real estate firm with the same vision. According to Anthony, “We saw a need in our community for a real estate company where customers could get honest advice, good direction and unbiased information from real estate professionals they could trust.”

John, who is also Prudential One Realty’s broker said, “Since opening our doors, we have been growing in an environment where people are going out of business. We always think in terms of what’s best for our clients.”

With a pledge of “customers first,” Prudential One Realty has become the second-largest real estate company in Maricopa in just three years. Its goal is to be the No. 1 company, so the Kamouzis family looked to the strength of a national brand to help achieve their objective.

“We knew that to best serve our customers, it was important to be able to tap into the tools, resources and training of a company such as Prudential Real Estate,” said Anthony. These advantages and the Prudential brand will help us serve customers with even greater distinction.”

Laurie Keenan, president of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., welcomed Prudential One Realty to the network. “Real estate customers in Pinal County have a strong advocate in the Kamouzis family,” she said. “Their dedication to providing the best possible real estate experience is a model that is to be commended. We’re excited to help this company continue to grow and prosper as a Prudential Real Estate affiliate.”

Prudential One Realty is located at 21300 N. John Wayne Parkway. Contact the office at 520-413-2070.
