Castle Point Realty Affiliates with Prudential Real Estate

RISMEDIA, Nov. 11, 2008-Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., a Prudential Financial, Inc. company, has announced the affiliation of Castle Point Realty, an independent real estate brokerage. Castle Point Realty will operate as Prudential Castle Point Realty, effective immediately.

According to the company, Broker/Owner Rehanna Gallagher, a real estate veteran serving Hudson County since the early 1990s, said she chose Prudential Real Estate for its brand recognition, marketing programs and similar corporate values. “We think our affiliation makes a wonderful fit, as it will help us provide even better customer service and will help our sales professionals better compete in the market,” Gallagher explained. “The Prudential name is synonymous with strength, dependability and trust. Likewise, I’ve built my company on a foundation of sound business practices, ethics and unyielding customer service.”

Prudential Castle Point Realty specializes in residential and commercial sales in Hoboken, Jersey City, Weehawken, Union City, West New York, Secaucus, Guttenberg and Edgewater. The company also offers relocation, rental and commercial-lease services, among others.

Gallagher said her goal is to continue growing her sales professional staff over the next year. “Real estate markets are transitioning around the country, yet I like the market prospects in and around Hudson County,” she said. “We are always looking for a few good men and women, and there is always room for top sales professionals to serve our growing customer base.”
