RISMEDIA, February 11, 2009-AgencyLogic, one of the largest real estate industry providers of single property Websites in North America, has announced that they have released a new version of their PowerSite software. New features have been added to better assist AgencyLogic clients with managing leads and marketing property, the company states.

According to the company, an enhanced lead capture program and online database of leads has been added that collects data from various forms within the PowerSite and makes it accessible and editable at any time within the new “My Leads” section of the software. Also new to this version is improved search engine optimization (SEO) reporting through the inclusion of Google Analytics; the ability to feature up to three real estate agents and all of their contact information on each PowerSite; a contact export feature that creates a file of all contacts in a particular account; a PowerSite search/sort function that allows AgencyLogic clients to quickly locate and access a particular PowerSite and a new Activity Center that displays important information such as messages, expiration notices, incoming lead notifications, special offers and tips from the main dashboard.

AgencyLogic also reports that additional features have also been added to the Private Label and Affiliate Vendor administration centers to facilitate better sales and marketing of single property websites via increased controls and enhanced reporting mechanisms.

“This is the first of several software releases for our PowerSite product in 2009,” said Stephen Fells, CEO of AgencyLogic. “We will also be releasing other single property Website products that focus on specific verticals in the property industry, all of which are being developed to bridge the existing marketing gap between real estate and social networking.”

“Our decision to develop standalone products for the various market segments allows us to provide significantly more choice to our clients,” said Mark Wayman, CIO of AgencyLogic. “This includes, but is not limited to, monthly payment options, free domain name alternatives and potentially ad driven solutions both here in the US and internationally.”
