Alex Vidal

In June 2023, Alex Vidal was appointed president of ERA Real Estate, representing the brand’s first Hispanic president. Vidal is currently a member of the regional board for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). In his role as president of ERA Real Estate, he intends to prioritize the brand’s diversity, equity and inclusion projects.

Vidal is responsible for strategic growth and operations for the ERA global network, which consists of more than 40,000 affiliated brokers and independent sales associates, as well as approximately 2,390 offices in the United States and 34 other countries and territories. Since becoming president, Vidal has worked to create platforms that support the brokerage’s growth, both locally and nationally.

Vidal hosted a Recruiting Masterclass at ERA’s conference in fall 2023. He also expanded the CloserClub, an online interview and mentorship series that features fun and engaging discussions with real estate professionals, celebrity entrepreneurs, athletes and other prominent figures.
