RISMEDIA, October 9, 2009—DocuSign, one of the leading providers of on-demand electronic signature solutions announced the general availability of the DocuSign Version 9 Fall Release. This release features several new capabilities including ‘Designed for Mobile’ signing support for Apple Inc. iPhone and Research In Motion BlackBerry devices to make it faster and easier for customers to complete transactions while on the go. DocuSign’s service enables businesses of all sizes to completely replace manual paper-based transactions with high-speed secure electronic transactions that happen faster, cost less and are more secure.

Businesses need to work cost effectively to obtain signatures and information required for business transactions, especially in a tight economy. Today’s professionals demand online interactions that are fast and secure and extend out to handheld devices. Whether it’s a simple NDA or a complex global sales agreement requiring multi-party signatures, DocuSign helps companies operate at the speed of business by removing the hurdles associated with the signing process and offering even more ways for users to access and complete their transactions online.

“DocuSign Version 9 Fall Release reflects the maturation of the industry and our customers who are requesting advanced signing features and even greater flexibility in the types of documents they can manage with DocuSign,” said Tom Gonser, founder and vice president of product strategy at DocuSign. “With this new release, DocuSign users receive a broad spectrum of new capabilities that will increase workflow efficiency, resulting in accelerated sales cycles and increased revenue.”
