Trulia Local Ads Offers Self-Service Advertising Platform for Real Estate Professionals and Businesses

RISMEDIA, January 14, 2010—Truila.com recently announced the creation of Trulia Local Ads, a self-service platform designed for advertisers looking to reach active home buyers and sellers. Trulia Local Ads allows real estate professionals to purchase a percentage share of ad space on Trulia’s search results and listing pages.

Due to the highly-refined targeting, advertisers can lock up a large share of local markets and dominate their competition. Trulia Local Ads are fully-customizable to any size budget and provide advertisers with detailed results on campaign performance including traffic stats and click through rates so adjustments can be made at any time.

According to the company, Trulia Local Ads introduce a new way to build effective advertisements with an automatic campaign creation tool. Real estate professionals can select from multiple templates using listing data and info from their Trulia real estate profile to create high performing, dynamically updating advertisements. Additionally, Trulia Local Ads provide the flexibility for advertisers to upload their own images and create campaigns from custom creative they have developed on their own.
