As founder and president of Maverick Systems, a consulting and analytics firm, she’s helping real estate brokerages unlock growth through groundbreaking tools like AgentStats and OfficeStats, both of which launched in 2024. These products are reshaping how brokerages approach agent recruitment, retention and M&A strategies.

Zaya has become a trusted voice in the industry, frequently contributing insights to major publications. This past year, Maverick Systems joined the Equity Angels’ inaugural cohort of innovative tech companies and competed as a finalist at the NAR iOi Tech Summit, chosen from over 125 firms.
