Tim Quirk is executing a go-to-market strategy that could transform the real estate market as we know it today.

In his role at Final Offer, Quirk helped the company expand to 12 states, as well as Ontario and Alberta, Canada. He also created the Final Offer Certification Program that helps agents learn how to leverage technology to negotiate better outcomes.

Quirk is also providing thought leadership for agents to grow their businesses, providing a way forward that elevates the role and reputation of the real estate agent. In this vein, he hosted a webinar on Aug. 15 with other industry leaders that attracted more than 2,500 agents wanting to learn how to manage the changes post Aug. 17.

He is passionate about “elevating the role and reputation of agents and the industry, all while giving consumers what they want—to have the control to live their best life in the home they desire.”

“It’s not often when you can build a product that can raise all tides and elevate an entire industry. That’s my mission,” he remarks.
