Austin Blonde

Oakley Signs

In 2025, Austin Blonde spearheaded a bold reinvention of Oakley Signs, transforming the 53-year-old manufacturing company into a strategic brand and fulfillment partner for the nation’s leading brokerages. Under his leadership as president and CEO, Oakley surged forward during a shifting market, launching an in-house creative studio that reframed signage as a high-impact recruitment and branding asset rather than a simple operational expense. Blonde’s strategic vision led exclusive partnerships with top national brands, providing them with fully managed programs, branded storefronts and regional inventory management.

Innovation was a hallmark of Blonde’s 2025 agenda, notably with the introduction of MagSmart™, a magnetic signage system allowing agents to swap branding instantly, and QR-enhanced solutions that bridge offline yard signs with digital lead capture. Beyond operational growth, Blonde utilized his platform as one of the few openly LGBTQ+ executives in the vendor space to advocate for inclusive leadership and mentorship.

“I get the most fulfillment from watching others succeed,” Blonde shares. “That’s what drives me every day: building something bigger than myself, and doing it alongside people I believe in.”
His efforts have set a new standard for what brokerages expect from industry partners.
