In 2025, Kevin O’Neil successfully bridged the worlds of high-stakes real estate and national media as a hand-selected host for “American Dream TV.” Airing on major platforms including Prime Video, HGTV and Apple TV, the show allows O’Neil to spotlight the unique lifestyle, culture and positive stories of South Florida. His segments focus on the people and local businesses making a difference, effectively using his platform to educate a nationwide audience on the vibrant communities across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.

O’Neil’s influence is deeply rooted in professional excellence and community service. A recipient of a 2024 Global Referral Award from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, he also serves on the Grievance and Outreach Committees for the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®. Through these roles, he supports local initiatives ranging from Habitat for Humanity to waterway cleanups.
