Eric Chesin

In 2025, Eric Chesin continued to play a central role in shaping Anywhere’s future by advancing enterprise-wide strategy, innovation and execution at scale. As executive vice president and chief strategy officer, Chesin leads the Enterprise Services team, encompassing the company’s Strategy Office and Transformation Office, along with corporate development, customer success, learning and development, and enterprise marketing. Over the past year, he drove initiatives that strengthened Anywhere’s competitive position, including the expansion of AI-powered tools designed to enhance brokerage recruiting, retention and operational efficiency.

Chesin originally built Anywhere’s first Strategy Office from the ground up and later established the Transformation Office to execute Reimagine25, the company’s cross-enterprise transformation initiative. In 2025, his leadership further aligned long-term vision with day-to-day execution, streamlining cross-functional collaboration across marketing, partnerships, M&A and customer success to deliver measurable business impact. Known for combining strategic foresight with operational rigor, he has helped position Anywhere to remain agile in a rapidly evolving industry.
