In 2025, Frank Malpica played a pivotal role in accelerating ERA Real Estate’s national expansion, growing the network across the U.S. while adding over $2.2 billion in sales volume and thousands of agents. Under his leadership, both legacy and newly affiliated brokerages achieved dramatic gains, with many increasing local volume and market share by 30% to well over 100% within a single year. ERA’s footprint expanded significantly across major metropolitan areas including Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, Austin, Houston, Denver and beyond.

A seasoned executive with more than 15 years of real estate experience, Malpica has held leadership roles across marketing, product development, brokerage operations, affiliated services and business development since joining Anywhere Real Estate in 2011. His strategic approach blends technology, talent and disciplined growth, reshaping the sales organization and driving sustainable performance through targeted mergers and affiliations.
