Shayne Fairley’s 2025 was defined by transformative leadership and a historic transition within Stellar MLS. As COO, Fairley has spearheaded initiatives that strengthened the operational backbone of Stellar MLS for over 80,000 real estate professionals. Key to this year’s success was the launch of the Stellar Central Dashboard, a secure, integrated workspace that saw over 60,000 subscribers activate within its first 90 days. He further modernized the subscriber experience by introducing the Rayse platform and IO Reports, providing agents with sophisticated location intelligence and transparent client engagement tools. Fairley was also named this year as the successor to CEO Merri Jo Cowen, effective early 2026.

Fairley’s influence also extended globally through Universal Consulting Opportunities (UCO), where he promoted MLS best practices across Europe and South Asia. Domestically, he co-led a vital transparency initiative to educate subscribers on evolving industry policies through Town Halls and digital outreach.
