In 2025, Cunningham led the high-impact implementation of two critical response campaigns, Beyond the Headlines and Let’s Talk Facts, designed to provide clarity following the landmark NAR settlement. These multifaceted programs utilized digital brochures, microsites and CRM-driven outreach, with the Beyond the Headlines guide reaching nearly 4,000 viewers within 60 days of launch.
Furthering her commitment to agent productivity, Cunningham launched the “Open Market Advantage” campaign in the spring of 2025 to educate clients on the value of MLS exposure and help agents secure listings more effectively. She also developed the comprehensive Marketing Concierge program, providing agents with bespoke marketing solutions and premium creative support.
