In 2025, Melanie De Armas led REMAX Advance Realty through its most transformative year yet, completing a strategic merger with Coral Gables-based Dream Life Realty. The acquisition—her company’s first outside the REMAX network—brought more than 100 new agents into the fold and expanded the brokerage to a record 335 professionals across nine offices from Miami to the Keys.

Under De Armas’ leadership, REMAX Advance Realty launched new commission and hybrid models designed to attract top talent while increasing profitability and flexibility. She also strengthened the firm’s operational and community footprint, enhancing escrow management systems, expanding marketing initiatives and philanthropic efforts, and positioning the company as a leading REMAX brokerage in South Florida.
