Khet Richards is redefining the intersection of corporate relocation and residential real estate through a tech-forward, human-centered product vision. Since joining Cartus—a subsidiary of Anywhere Real Estate Inc.—Richards has spearheaded a bold modernization of the company’s digital roadmap. In the summer of 2025, she successfully launched four major product initiatives that fundamentally enhanced the experience for clients, customers and suppliers. Central to this rollout was the deployment of the Global, Automated Tax Engine (GATE), which provides end-to-end compensation support and tax compliance, and a new Data Insights Dashboard that delivers real-time mobility analytics to help HR leaders make faster, more informed decisions.

Richards also championed the use of generative AI to streamline internal operations and improve the relocating employee’s journey. By integrating logistics with housing services through intuitive, real-time platforms, she has enabled Cartus to support one-third of the Fortune 100 with greater agility.
