Ayoub Rabah, regional president of Coldwell Banker Realty for the Midwest and Texas, oversees one of the company’s most expansive footprints, managing more than 5,200 agents across Greater Chicagoland, Michigan, Texas, Northwest Indiana and Southeast Wisconsin. In 2025, Rabah spearheaded a strategic expansion into the Texas luxury market, opening a new office in Dallas’ Lakewood neighborhood and finalizing the launch of a flagship Global Luxury office in Southlake. These efforts culminated in a record-breaking $59.9 million listing in Houston—The Lodge at Hunters Creek—marking the highest-priced property in the history of Coldwell Banker Realty in Texas.

Rabah’s 2025 leadership was defined by a focus on frictionless agent support, including the rollout of enhanced Transaction Concierge and Client Experience Specialist services across his regions. These high-touch programs are designed to automate backend tasks, allowing agents to dedicate more time to high-value client relationships.
