Under Rubin’s oversight, the Longboat Key office in Sarasota—the region’s top-producing Gulf Coast location—demonstrated immense resilience by surpassing $1 billion in gross sales by August 2025, marking its fastest pace on record despite significant weather-related disruptions in late 2024.
With over 25 years of experience, Rubin oversees more than 12,500 real estate professionals across 112 offices. His commitment to high-end market expansion was further realized in early 2025 with the grand opening of Atlanta’s first-ever Coldwell Banker Realty Global Luxury office. A frequent industry voice, Rubin recently shared his expertise on agent retention and recruitment at the RISMedia CEO & Leadership Exchange.
