In 2025, Dan Birdwell played a pivotal role in strengthening agent performance and engagement by expanding REVIVE, a weekly, in-person accountability and coaching program serving one of the San Francisco Bay Area’s highest-producing real estate offices. Designed to foster consistency, growth and collaboration, REVIVE became a cornerstone of the office’s professional culture, drawing more than 50 agents each month.
Under Birdwell’s leadership, REVIVE evolved into a dynamic forum that blends accountability, mentorship and camaraderie. By inviting guest speakers to share timely industry insight and real-world experience, Birdwell created a space for meaningful dialogue, discovery and renewed motivation. The program helps agents stay energized in their business while sharpening their skills and adapting to an evolving marketplace.
“Coaching has always been a big part of my life,” Birdwell says, and his passion for coaching is deeply rooted in his approach to leadership. With a focus on empowering others, he prioritizes creating environments where agents feel supported, challenged and inspired to grow.
