The publication quickly became a trusted resource, selling over 130 copies in its first month solely through word-of-mouth. As director of Operations & Career Development at REMAX Gateway, Morin also collaborated with her leadership team to implement a comprehensive training calendar and spearheaded the “THRIVE 2025” and “Be Great and Elevate 2026” business planning seminars.

With over 25 years of experience and a John Maxwell Certification, Morin’s influence is felt through her guest appearances on platforms like the “Faithful Agent Podcast” and her work mentoring the next generation at local high school career fairs.
