In 2025, Lori Lane continued to shape the future of new homes and luxury real estate in Greater Atlanta through visionary leadership, strategic growth and a deep commitment to developing people and brands. As president and managing broker of the New Homes Division and senior vice president of luxury and global, Lane guided high-performing teams that sustained Top Three rankings among Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices offices in the Southeastern region while generating more than $339 million in annual sales volume.

Over the past 19 years, Lane has grown the New Homes Division into one of the region’s most respected and innovative operations, surpassing $4 billion in closed volume while elevating the company’s luxury presence through the Luxury Collection program. In 2025, she coordinated the opening of a new Luxury Collection marketing suite in Buckhead, strengthened builder partnerships, and advanced luxury marketing strategies that support agents, developers and communities alike.
