On the tech side, he led the creation of the Manhattan Market Price Index, a localized price index designed to provide agents and buyers with unparalleled clarity for pricing decisions. He also expanded UrbanDigs Advisor, the company’s custom advisory service, which delivered advanced pricing reports that directly impacted transactions exceeding $600 million in 2025. These tools empower agents with precise insights, enabling faster offers and smarter market adjustments.

On the content side, UrbanDigs produces at least five educational shows, webinars or videos weekly. The standout, Macro Monday, grew its live audience by 300%, helping agents understand macroeconomic trends such as credit spreads, Fed futures and yield curves—and translate them into actionable insights for clients.
