Goomzee’s Realty Connect helps connect buyers and sellers using lead capturing QR codes and text message marketing that integrates with MLS data systems. Agents place sign riders or ads that prompt potential buyers to scan a QR code or send a text message with a unique property ID code. Within seconds the buyer receives a Branded Mobile Property Page or Text Message Response containing property information and pricing. At the same time, the agent receives an alert with contact information allowing prompt follow-up. A personal automated response then helps the agent begin to establish a relationship with the buyer.
