Freddie Mac (OTC: FMCC) announced recently that it plans to issue a new three-year USD Reference Notes® security, CUSIP number 3137EACY3, due on November 25, 2014.
The new three-year Reference Notes security will be offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Barclays Capital, Citigroup Global Markets and UBS Investment Bank. An application will be made to list the issue on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
