Yardi announced recently that DIY Real Estate Solutions, which provides an integrated property management system for companies that manage 1,000 or fewer units, has been rebranded Point2 Property Manager.
The change reflects DIY’s increased integration with Point2, another Yardi brand and a provider of real estate marketing and listing syndication solutions for real estate agents and brokers.
Under the Point2 Property Manager brand, Yardi will expand its marketing to cover Point2’s vast real estate agent and broker user base, along with the estimated 1.6 million licensed residential real estate professionals in North America.
