This week, Mobile Real Estate’s (MRE) Mobile Website product became the first Mobile IDX product to be offered through Metrolist, Inc.’s Marketplace, the company has announced. Marketplace is a new e-commerce program created by Metrolist, Inc., the Denver Metro Area Multiple Listing association. The Marketplace is designed to be a “one stop shop” for the area’s 14,000 real estate brokers and agents.

MRE’s Mobile Website product is the first approved Mobile IDX product available to members within Marketplace. Members who sign up for a free Marketplace account can purchase their Mobile Website online easily and efficiently. MRE’s Mobile Website allows users to customize and brand their own Mobile Website in minutes and formats to all mobile Internet-enabled mobile devices. Mobile Websites includes full property and GPS Search of all IDX listings, featured listings, about me info and contact information. In addition, users will have access to a full suite of mobile tools to help drive traffic to their Mobile Website such as text message lead generation, QR Code creation and management and one QR Code (OneCode™) for all their ‘for sale’ signs. Mobile Websites can also be linked to a user’s existing URL so all mobile users who visit their website go directly to the mobile version.

“A complete Mobile Marketing Solution is a great addition to any real estate professional’s marketing mix. Offering this service to agents and brokers directly through the area’s MLS, Metrolist, Inc., is a great way to get exposure for a product whose time is now,” says John Lim, CEO of Mobile Real Estate, LLC. “This organization sees the value in mobile and staying up to date with the most relevant technology offered to the real estate industry and thus encouraging their members to meet the demands of today’s advanced home buyers and sellers.”

Metrolist, Inc. Members can find out more about this product by going to http://marketplace.metrolist.com/Shop-by-Category/Mobile-IDX.
