Encouraging and Streamlining Agent Feedback with Showing Suite

Innovative solutions are popping up in the real estate market all the time. Broker Associate Paul Brocchini already had 26 years of market experience under his belt when he stumbled upon a new tool that both lessens his workload and gives him an edge over the competition in his marketplace. Brocchini, an agent with Coldwell Banker Del Monte Realty in Carmel, Calif., was looking for a tool that would allow him to provide sellers visible feedback from his agents.

A Web-based real estate productivity software suite, Showing Suite™ allows real estate agents, teams and offices to manage their time efficiently, connect with clients, and reach their full sales potential. By streamlining and automating a variety of daily tasks that are crucial for successful real estate transactions, Showing Suite enables agents to work more effectively.

Brocchini was first attracted to Showing Suite because he wanted to have feedback from agents that sellers could see. Showing Suite’s™ HomeFeedback® feature not only gives him that option by making it easy to provide clients with property feedback, but it also alleviates the burden of giving them negative feedback when it arises. Brocchini notes that his clients enjoy receiving feedback, and despite the fact that it sometimes includes things they do not want to hear, they usually need to hear it.

Recently, Brocchini’s company made an important showing change as a result of agent feedback gathered through a HomeFeedback® survey. In this particular case, the feedback had to do with something as simple as making sure the lights are turned on when a home is being shown in the afternoon. Brocchini’s agents now make sure to turn on all the lights when showing a home to prospective buyers, ensuring the property is well lit and easier to view.

The customizable HomeFeedback® forms allow real estate professionals to easily format the feedback questions to suit their needs, focusing on explicit property aspects and issues. This allows them to receive a great deal of specific information about their properties while still focusing the majority of their time and energy on sales.

Another ideal aspect of HomeFeedback®? “Honest agent feedback,” states Brocchini, who believes that Showing Suite™ not only provides a forum for agents to answer specific questions about the property more truthfully, but also saves him time by negating the need to make as many follow-up calls. “For us, it obviates the need to call other agents about the showing.”

And as far as gaining an edge on competition? The tool is, according to Brocchini, “one more arrow in our quiver.”
