ShowHome is the first real estate mobile app that allows real estate professionals to access detailed listing information, browse high resolution photo galleries and collect feedback on an iPad while touring properties for sale. After showings, users can send branded PDF reports containing all property information and any notes to clients with just one touch.
Agents load listings directly into ShowHome from an existing Point2 account, enabling buyers to swipe through photos and view available information using the iPad’s intuitive touchscreen. ShowHome can also connect to Point2 Homes – a full-service online real estate marketplace – via Wi-Fi or mobile data to access additional neighborhood, school zone and tax information. Client feedback and ratings may be recorded throughout.
