Marie Jo Atkins of Real Living Lifestyles Hits Career Milestone Selling Over 1 Billion Dollars in Real Estate Sales

Marie Jo picture 2013(1)RISMEDIA, October 18, 2013–Real Living Lifestyles mega producer Marie Jo Atkins of recently achieved over $1.2 Billion in lifetime sales in San Diego County, vaulting her to the top of her industry in individual REALTOR® sales production.  She has been the top producing agent for years in her primary market territory, and now adds this achievement of breaking one billion dollars in sales volume over a 19 year period.  This sets her annual average sales volume at 52 million dollars per year consistently going on 20 years.

“I love what I do,” says Marie Jo. “I take it one transaction at a time, with the mindset that I am only dealing with one client at a time.  I want to make sure my clients always feel special, that their cares and concerns are being addressed, and that I am helping them with one of their biggest decisions.”

With a philosophy that focuses on her clients’ needs and expectations, it is easy to see why Atkins has had such an impressive track record.  Her personal interest in each client she serves has helped her build an extensive customer portfolio, and places her in the highest esteem within San Diego County real estate.

“I was born in Beirut, Lebanon and my entire family moved here over 25 years ago.  San Diego is the place I now call home, where I raised my family, and where my business has grown because of the great people I represent.  During these past 19 years I have connected and served a few thousand families. I work in all price ranges and throughout the entire market of San Diego County from La Jolla to Poway to the coast and back. I have managed sales below $200,000 and I just set the record for the highest sale ever in Poway for over 9 million dollars.  I am always pursuing perfection and I hope I am doing something right.”

Atkins credits her long-term success to four keys:  consistency, drive, anticipation of the future, and flexibility.  “I put in a lot of hard work and have built a strong work ethic. A work ethic taught to me by my father who came to America and had to rebuild and create a new life.  I arrive daily to my office by 9 a.m. and don’t leave until my work is done.  If you want to succeed in this business, you have to have that kind of work ethic and a fire inside of you. Also, I have a full time staff, Vicki Pellegrini and Lelia Olenik, who have been with me for 15 out of my 19 years they make sure every phone call gets answered and every client is served with ease and efficiency.”
