The Bethesda Gateway office of Long & Foster® Real Estate, Inc. surpassed $1 billion in real estate sales for 2013, as of Oct. 15. This marks a significant achievement for any brokerage in the real estate industry and is especially noteworthy for an individual office like Bethesda Gateway.

The office has been one of Long & Foster’s top performing locations for many years, and it consistently ranks as the No. 1 office in sales volume among all real estate brokerage firms in Montgomery County, Md., and Washington, D.C. Additionally, the office is one of the top-producing real estate offices in the United States.

“Long & Foster is committed to providing our sales professionals with the very best training, tools and support to ensure they are well prepared to serve the varied needs of home buyers and sellers in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions,” says Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “It’s by investing in our sales professionals and their careers, as well as through the dedication of our agents and employees, that Long & Foster has achieved significant growth and milestones like this accomplishment of our Bethesda Gateway office.”

More than 200 real estate professionals are part of the Long & Foster family at Bethesda Gateway, and they are led by Leon Nasar, senior branch manager, along with Susann Haskins and Greg Scott. Together, they serve home buyers and sellers in the metropolitan Washington, D.C., and surrounding Maryland and Virginia communities.
