zipLogix and FNC, Inc. Offer Real Estate Professionals Comprehensive Data Resource

ZipLogix, creators of zipForm®, has announced a partnership with mortgage technology company FNC, Inc. This relationship will give real estate professionals access to data that enable them to make valuations with increased accuracy. FNC’s Easy Price Opinion(TM) (EPO) makes this all possible with the most comprehensive database of property information available, the company stated.

Easy Price Opinion(TM) is the web-based, interactive product that gives users the tools and information needed to generate a price opinion for a subject property based on the value of selected comparable properties — is available to real estate professionals that utilize zipForm(R) Plus, enabling them to return valuations with speed and confidence as a monthly subscription.

“Now, more than ever, lenders and servicers are requesting BPOs to help understand the value of their REO properties,” said Walt McDonald, Chairman of the Board for zipLogix. “FNC technology gives real estate professionals the resource they need to provide the most accurate valuation possible.”

Easy Price Opinion presents valuations based on information in FNC’s National Collateral Database(TM) (NCD)–a robust blend of public record information and appraisal data that produces the most thorough, most up-to-date resource of property data available. Additionally, Easy Price Opinion lets users view extensive property details about the subject and comparable properties.

“The NCD contains 102 million residential appraisals along with public record data to create the most comprehensive resource of its kind,” according to FNC Chief of Data & Analytics Robert Dorsey. “Real estate professionals can leverage that data for their own marketing, prospecting, and preparing CMAs.”

FNC solutions enable real estate professionals to gain access to the same valuation methodology — appraisal information — used by the nation’s major lenders and servicers.

“FNC can help agents identify all distressed sales near a subject property, assess the value of the subject property itself and its neighborhood, and evaluate market trends at the zip-code level and deeper,” Dorsey said. “We believe real estate professionals will find great value in this product and we are excited about the opportunity this partnership with zipLogix provides.”
