When it comes to searching for their next apartment, over 75 percent of consumers surveyed say they base their rental decisions on ratings and reviews (Next Generation of Renters). In fact, properties with reviews on ForRent.com® receive 20 percent more leads on average than those without. Now, RentAdvisor reviews will be featured on ForRent.com as a benefit for mutual clients.

Currently, ForRent.com reposts renter reviews from multiple sources, allowing prospective renters to get an idea of what living in a community may be like. Combined with community photos, property details and location information on ForRent.com, RentAdvisor reviews will add a complete picture for interested renters.

RentAdvisor reviews will begin appearing on ForRent.com in December for mutual clients that wish to have their reviews featured on the site, with links back to RentAdvisor.
